Job Description

The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions based on client requirements. The role involves collaborating with client stakeholders, product managers, and internal team members to deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable systems. The engineer is expected to take ownership of assigned work, communicate progress clearly, and uphold the technical and professional standards of the agency.

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our agency and work directly with external clients on a project basis. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, professionalism, and communication skills, as the engineer will represent our agency and work with clients using an established developer profile provided by us.

Our recruitment team will submit applications to client opportunities using our developer profile. Once an interview request is received, the selected candidate is expected to participate in and successfully complete the interview process representing that profile. After onboarding, the candidate will continue working with the client under the same developer profile for the duration of the engagement.

Technical Expectations:

Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in modern software development, including frontend, backend, or full stack systems depending on the client engagement. The role requires writing clean, well-structured, and documented code, participating in architectural discussions, and troubleshooting complex technical issues in production or pre-production environments.

Client Interaction:

This is a client-facing role. The engineer must be comfortable communicating directly with clients, participating in technical interviews, clarifying requirements, and providing updates. Professionalism, reliability, and alignment with the developer profile used during hiring and delivery are essential.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have senior-level experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of delivering production-ready applications. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and experience adapting quickly to new domains or client environments are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Engagement Model:

The candidate will work as part of our agency and be assigned to client projects secured by our recruiting team. All interviews and client work will be conducted using the agency’s developer profile. The candidate must be able to consistently represent the skills, experience, and seniority level associated with that profile.
