Provide high-quality, consultative career sessions to developers, including guidance on positioning, job targeting, and application strategy.
Support developers throughout the job application process, including platform-based applications and client submissions.
Match developers to relevant roles based on skills, experience, preferences, and market demand.
Serve as a trusted advisor to both prospective and active clients, ensuring a professional and supportive experience.
Maintain detailed candidate profiles and hiring documentation within internal systems or recruiting platforms.

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to support software developers in securing high-quality roles through a consultative, service-oriented recruiting model. This role is centered on helping developers succeed—through in-depth interviews, career guidance, and hands-on support applying to opportunities on hiring platforms and with client companies. The ideal candidate combines strong recruiting expertise with the ability to advise, coach, and advocate for technical talent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in technical recruiting, developer advocacy, or career coaching.
Familiarity with modern software roles (frontend, backend, full-stack, mobile, DevOps, etc.).
Experience working in a remote or platform-based recruiting environment.
Comfort advising candidates on resumes, role fit, and hiring expectations (without acting as a resume writer unless required).
